Having grown up in Gambia, where she began her career in HR management at a leading energy provider, her path led her through Sweden to Switzerland. Academic Foundation: Design Management Meets Circularity

Haddy Bittaye combines creative strategy with systemic thinking. After completing her Bachelor's in Design Management International at HSLU, she deepened her knowledge in the Master's program "Circular Innovation and Sustainability" at Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). This foundation allows her to examine business processes not only for short-term efficiency but also for long-term resilience. Her experience with industry leaders such as Roche and Mettler-Toledo further solidified her expertise in UX Research and Change Management.
