How we work

Two days. Nine blocks. One business model your team maps, challenges, and reinvents.

Day 1 - Map and stress-test
Your team maps the current model from the inside. AI then challenges each block using external market data, competitor signals, and customer patterns. By the end of Day 1, you know exactly where your model is exposed.

Day 2 - Reinvent and decide
Together with AI, your team develops two to three alternative canvas configurations based on what Day 1 surfaced. You evaluate, select a direction, and commit to a first action before leaving the room.
